It seems there are 2 differences on the spring edge used to hold the cap onto the wheel. Is one better than the other? Is there an early and late version of the hubcaps?

pics showing difference.

The location of the valve stem hole seems to correlate with the finger spacing. The fewer fingers seem to have hole aligned with spoke. Also one would think that fewer fingers would be earlier but here is a prototype from 67:

The differences may simply be due to different suppliers.

Oh I missed the valve stem location.  At first I started thinking the tighter fingers were maybe reproductions, but then I’ve never seen repo hubcaps for the Z. To me they look like they would hold better with the all the uniform fingers, but the quality at least from the pics I’ve seen looks a little less. I could be completely wrong.

It might be part of the advertising portion of the forum software.  It looks like it is checking if two words combined are an actual URL.  In this case, "simply be" is a real URL, www.simplybe.com is a plus size  clothing site.

That sounds like the typical old malware that scans text and ID's words or phrases to link to external sites.  Not sure if it's only on the first person's computer or the web site server.

Let's see.  It must simply be simple.
