I noticed this difference between the jack spanners I have.  The top one on the first picture is early fabrication.  The later spanner has a '3' in the casting

Hi Jeff , I think US cars could have a set of spanner / plier / screw driver etc , but I have never seen them in a US car .

9 L is 1969 December for the chocks.  It is nice to see these examples as they happen to have the tools a little bit earlier than car like yours .Kats

They are original to the car. I do not want to restore them….only original once.
