Posted March 7, 20187 yr comment_543948 I am looking at some Watanabes 15 X 7.5 with a +8 offset. I have a totally stock 73 240Z and wonder if this would rub on the wheels wells/fenders? My other choice is a nice Panasport 15 X 7 with 0 offset. Any help? thanks. March 7, 20187 yr comment_543956 I bet they fit perfect actually . Positive offset should be enough to keep the tires off the lips. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/59650-15-x-75-8/#findComment-543956 Share on other sites
March 8, 20187 yr Author comment_544037 Thanks I have 7.5" slotted mags now and they rub in the rear ever so slightly on the fender lip...but I do not know the offset. Anybody else have the wheel size in question? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/59650-15-x-75-8/#findComment-544037 Share on other sites

Anybody else have the wheel size in question? What size are the tires on your slots? I'm away from home now and that's where the tires are but they rubbed too. I'll post the size as soon as I can. EDIT: 185/75x14 was the tire size that rubbed. This is the only picture I have before putting the OE wheels and tires on. March 8, 20187 yr comment_544039 I have 15x7 Rewinds, 0 offset, with 205/50s on my orange car. They fit without rubbing and keep the same stance as the originals, under the fenders and low. March 8, 20187 yr Author comment_544048 Okay, I wonder if that same size on a stock 240 like mine would work...is there any difference in clearances in a 280? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/59650-15-x-75-8/#findComment-544048 Share on other sites

Not too long after I bought graphite they came up with those. I like them. They look real good on your silver car. Thanks.
