Probably called another Uber to complete the fare.

Could you imagine being in that car and seeing that unfold?

I read that earlier, unbelievable! Cadillac is advertising hands free on the highway, why? What's the point in sitting in the seat? What if a deer runs out or a part or something falls off the car in front of you? Insane!

She made eye contact with the driver and he waved his hand for her to cross....NOT.

It was hacked by a mad man in Austin and re-programmed to run people over.... MAYBE

Companies like Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Samsung, etc. can not make bug free software for the $^!# they have been selling for years so how do we expect them to make new bug free $^!# that they have no experience with....YES THAT IS WHY THIS HAPPENED.

Unfortunately we will all be pushed towards self driving cars at some point. The insurance rates will be set up to penalize those of us that still like to "drive" our cars. It's really hard to program for every contingency. How many more will have to die or get hurt before it gets close to "good"?
