April 23, 20186 yr comment_547889 There's no gasket there. The filler neck has a flange on it that seats against the body and is held down by the lock ring. The rubber flap goes on top of the filler neck flange and under the lock ring I believe. Are the lock ring screws tight? If they are you might need to add a sealant under the rubber flap to the filler neck flange. Or the flange could be cracked... April 23, 20186 yr comment_547904 Can you remove the lock ring , gas cap and rubber flap and take a picture of the area. It doesn't look like it's assembled correctly to me. There could be a crack in the filler neck that is hidden also.
