Ratios of NISMO 5-speeds?

I just got a 240 Z racecar this weekend and it comes with a spare tranny. I'm told its a NISMO 5-speed... numbers on the tranny are something like NMCD 2#... I don't know what that means. Any help would be appreciated greatly... I'll have some descriptions of the motor and Weber carb set up later as I have some time to type.
