Just receive a new set of NGK spark plug cables. Let me try them.

Mark i did tried the timing gun test and it only reads the timing marks when fastened to spark plug cable 1 and 6.

Did the timing light you used have a tachometer on it?

@jalexquijanoAssuming you've installed the new plugs and wires, drive it for a few days, pull all the plugs and tell us they look great or send pics. Correction, send pics either way. Almost forgot. Put the timing light away, at least for now.

Agreed! Plug fouling at idle could be caused by other things like mix, lack of vac advance, etc. Get her firing well first and then sweat the other stuff later. ;)

Is it safe to assume you've already changed your cap and rotor?

 

I changed rotor, cap and now spark plug wires (NGK Blue). Will test the car tomorrow morning.

Result of plugs in order 1 2 3 4 5 6 stepping on the gas at 100 mph after changing brand new ngk blue spark plug wires and bosch rotor and cap. 

 A big improvement. No more fouled #4. I don't have an answer to why #s 2, 5, &6 have a slight rusty color on them. I wouldn't worry about it for now. Does anyone have a guess? I'd drive it for a while and check them again.

Do they still foul at idle?

Havent tested at idle yet.
