I'm not sure about the license plate delete option...

It's just a couple tabs that are spot welded on. I'd imagine they could be left out if someone's doing a production run.

Just to add to this thread which seems to be the most comprehensive on S30 SS aftermarket bumpers.

I requested a price from both Harrington’s and bumper automobile (original vendor @jfa.series1 used) 

Amy from bumper automobile replied immediately with a price. And offered to quote on shipping. I gave her my address and she provided a total price immediately.

Note: If you want the security of PayPal then you will pay a fee, totally worth it for piece of mind IMO. $35 USD

total quoted price including shipping to Perth Australia and PayPal fee was $775 USD (the shipping cost may be different for people in the US)

This price was $200 cheaper than the TYNDA bumper supplier on eBay. So I asked her to send me the PayPal invoice. She did immediately. I paid and informed her. She thanked me and advised she will send tracking number as soon as she has one.  

This all happened over about 3 hours. So from my experience emails were replied to immediately even though it was a Saturday. So bumper automobile customer service so far seems excellent, far better than most US Z vendors who take a week to reply. 

Today 26/04/21 Harrington replies. Too late sorry. And price was £699 including shipping. (Roughly $973USD) $198USD more than bumper automobile. I’m not sure if shipping would have changed had I provided my oz address. But by that time it was too late anyway

Group buy price offered by Harrington’s was $750USD. Which means they can supply it for less, but choose not to. Granted they are a business and are in it to make money. But if you don’t stumble upon this thread and use the code you get charged 198USD more for no reason I can see. That doesn’t sit well with me.

I will report back with updates on overall experience once bumpers are received

Requested an update on my order from bumper automobile on the 1st May as I hadn’t heard anything. 

Received reply on the 3rd May for my contact number for the shipment,  and then received a fed ex tracking number on the 4th May. 

overall pretty good response times. 

can’t wait for some shiny goodies!

So my bumpers from bumper automobile arrived today 11th May via fedex. and I have to say the finish is quite stunning! So shiny! 

I had heard good reviews about these from some local z guys but I wasn’t expecting them to be this good. 

Packaging was excellent, very well protected. Wrapped in bubble wrap, taped, wrapped in fabric, taped, then there is polystyrene sheets in the box as well. 

so ordered 24th April and received 11th May. So just over two weeks from ordering to my door. 

communication has been very good, always received a response. 

for the cost, these are exceptional value!

I will trial fit these and update at some point 

(probably not for a little while) 

 

I'm really on the fence whether to go this route or to do the Futofab powdercoated ones and then re-powdercoat them in a dark gray.  The idea would be to do a BRE spoiler, the taillight panel, bumpers and maybe the door handles in a color that matches my Panasport spokes.  The SS bumpers look really good though...  Luckily, I'm not ready for them yet, so I have time to decide.

Now do yourself a favour - cover them up again with protective film during the install! I managed to put a scratch on mine, that while not very visible to most people’s eyes, I see it every time ;)

I ordered the black ones from futofab.com but they got back ordered. Lucky for me I was waiting on the MSA black Friday sale to get black Rewinds when I found out the bumpers weren't available. I decided to go with the gunmetal grey with the polished lip and the chrome bumpers. I'm glad it worked out that way. Too much chrome and glass that all mix in together to give it a nice look.

Looks like your's came with the bolts for the rear 3 piece. I ended up buying stainless locally and buffing them to a nice shine. futofab.com didn't include the bolts when I bought mine. Maybe they do now?

I think that would look pretty cool on your gold, right?, car.

You should photoshop it the way you want it and look at a a bunch. That's what I did, even though I'm shitty at photoshop it still helped me decide.
