The phrase "won't start" does not give any diagnostic value.

Does the starter turn the engine?

Have you checked for spark?

Will the car start with starting fluid?

What is the fuel pressure?

Engine turns over started it with starter fluid once won't start with starter fluid any mire good spark idk about fuel pressure

It might be flooding.  Maybe your CHTS is disconnected.  It's in the vicinity of where you've been working.

I can't imagine you have good spark and it won't start on Ether. I don't think I have ever flooded a car bad enough to prevent firing on Ether. I would check for good spark again.

I suggested flooding because it could start on ether then the injectors would dump a bunch of fuel thinking that it's in the Arctic, if the CHTS was disconnected.

But, confirming spark is always a good idea.

Just noticed that it's a turbo also, which has the CAS to worry about.  And the "ignitor", which can be replaced by a GM HEI module.  The ignitors go bad, the CAS parts go bad.  Lots of electrical gizmos to worry about to create a spark on the turbo system.

Is the EFI power connector hooked up by the battery?  Did you sand off the negative connection above the starter, fresh metal?  Was it running before you did the replacements?
