Something isn't right with the T/S. The turn signal handle will go up ( right turn ), but it won't go down because of the little white block for the horn, as in pic. Where do the T/S tabs hit at ? On the steering column forward of the ball bearings ? I'll find out when I put the plastic clam shell on, shouldn't I ? Thank you very much

You got the horn connection on upside down. Flip it over and all will be good. Its suppose to face to the right.
