What about changing atf with 3 in one motor oil blue label? Will it nake any difference when launching from traffic light in 1st gear? Quick response??

If "launching from traffic light in 1st gear" is why you have your Z, perhaps swapping in an LS1 engine with 5.7 liter displacement would better meet your needs.

My car is a 240z with a 5 speed 280z manual transmission. What i want to accomplish is a fast response from 1st gear. After 3000k it gets really speedy. Fast response from traffic light. Maybe its the nature of the beast. I dont think swapping to holley 4 barrell 390cfm will change this.

Why did you post here?  Seems random.

Very nice! The exhaust looks rowdy!! What is it?

MSA twice pipes stacked over under instead of side by side.  Not sure if I'm keeping it, may be a bit too loud for long highway runs.  If just driven locally I like it...

@jalexquijano Note the louvered access flaps alongside the hood. Those will help dissipate engine bay heat when the car is sitting. One could accomplish the same thing with a vented late 280 hood. As I recall, RossiZ's late 280 has both.

I also have electric fans that are wired straight to the battery that will keep running after the car is shut down.
