Yes, I would say you did more than ok!

As perspective, this car is a 72 and is on Copart in Virginia and it is already bid to $1000 plus fees of about 30% with a salvage title! I lost interest when the bid was about $250...

My '72 has the round emblems on that back pillar? Could be an earlier car but still not worth the money. Like Kenny sang, "you got to know when to fold".
