July 23, 20222 yr comment_642781 I have actually had pretty good results buffing glass. Deep scratches don't come out but it does tend to remove light scratching and makes scratches less evident. Buffing compound and polishing compound are just high grit liquid sandpaper. I'm sure the grits are every bit as hard as glass.
