What do you guys recommend for attaching the new rubber. Not sure how I would reuse staples.

Joe - I installed new squeegee strips in the same manner as the fuzzy strips we recently covered: an even spread of pop rivets.

@jfa.series1: I don't understand how pop rivets work.  Don't they get in the way when you put the chrome piece back on the door?
