Please Clarify: 70-72 Bumper Brackets on 73 cars

Yes, rubber between bumpers and paint front and rear. Good addition Diseazd. The chrome bolts were hard for me to source so I took a suggestion from RossiZ and bought stainless and buffed them up to a high shine. They still look good after two years.
