When driving at night, headlights are dim...when I rev the engine they get brighter. Also, at night with headlights on, the turn signals flash v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y. During the day, with no lights on they are fine. What can be done to help with these issues. Thanks.

a starting point might be to put a meter on the car with engine running and nothing else turned on. Then load the sytem up with lights and radio etc. See if the voltage drops off significantly. Possibly a voltage regulator prob. Should probably be in ballpark of 13.8 volts if it is ok.
