Found this while looking through a older repair manual, check out the engine number

I didn't realize that the early Nissan Patrols were equipped with L24 engines just as the 240Zs were. L24-107 is a super low engine number!

I had to check, the Patrol came with a 6, but it would have a P not a L and it was 4000 cc. My photo of the page is misleading as it is show where the different SN are located for all of the Datsun's. It is a L24 in the photo.

I'm looking at the photo and it reminds me of when friends from Sydney came to visit. It worried him when we parked the car. Especially when the wheel touch the "railing". You can see what I mean on the other side of the canal.

I like the way they still don't use any kind of railing. Well, just enough to trip you so you fall in head first?

Here's my first Zed at the 1980 Knox Mountain Hillclimb in Kelowna B.C. Canada's longest running motorsport event! The local part store ran out of Yellow Trem Clad rattle cans so I had to paint the hood and home made airdam blue!

Some old and new photos of my '73 240Z.  (I am the original owner)

There's been a number of pictures posted of Datsuns being unloaded off a ship and parked at a U.S. Port. This is a picture of 1972 model year 240Zs and 510s being loaded on a ship in Japan.

Found this vintage picture online.  It's hard to read the license plate on this 240Z.  Does anyone recognize what state this license plate is from?

Oregon had some CK plate numbers. It was for Crater Lake area.

This is a picture sent to me by one of the PO (1998-2006), taken in Nebraska between 1999 and 2000, after the first repaint from Pacific Blue to this pitch dark green, this is his nephew graduation picture.
