December 1, 20186 yr comment_562775 Curious about the bungee cord from the brake pedal to the steering wheel. What's the purpose of that? Thanks. December 2, 20186 yr Author comment_562833 The pictures are ones my wife took when we first got the car and she was cleaning it. I guess it was to keep the wheel straight when they was pulling it on the rollback?! I seen the car and called about it, then got her to take the guy the money and they dropped it off at the house. I was on the road driving a truck. A body shop in the next town was selling it for the owner. It didn't run at all when I got it. I put a lot of time, money, and sweat into it.
