Btw my order total price came to 2.18 for the plug and washer from Nissan with local pickup Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile Good, glad I didn't cost you too much, I was digging through my collection of crush washers and o rings and in a pinch a M8x1.25 and a fuel injector o ring will work temporarily until you can find something more permanent. Sometimes parts are NLA, but they don't show up in the online searches as such. December 10, 20186 yr comment_563467 A tap should cut some new threads pretty easily. Grease up the tap and you won't have to worry too much about shavings, plus gravity will help. Use a magnetic bolt, like for an oil pan, and you'll pick up any strays plus some rust. But they might be the same. One funky thread size. Decimal metric? 16,400 microns. 82/127ths of an inch. December 11, 20186 yr Author comment_563564 Ended up at Home Depot with a M8 x 1.25 x 20 flange bolt and M8 copper washer. The flange bolt has a larger head to get good contact with the washer.Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/61222-78-280z-fuel-tank-drain-plug/?&page=2#findComment-563564 Share on other sites
