December 29, 20186 yr comment_564780 I totally believe it, because you can no longer completely trust companies like JD Powers. YouTube allows people to find unbiased opinions. I’m sure many are biased but I think there are some legit independent reviewers available and there is a big market for that. I used it to by my last car.
