It’s hard to fathom how much work this is !

For @wheee! ...because people never post their fails ???

My rad support is slightly thicker than factory and it is about 1.5 mm farther forward than factory (oops),  So the front edge is just over 2mm farther forward than factory.  Turns out that is really important .... ????

Get a Gnose... the hinge is different ?

Well, I didn't want to do this but it worked....

 

 

Spent the afternoon test fitting the hood and fenders...I think everything will be OK ...

Rails and rad support "complete".   She's probably finally strong enough to consider switching from the jig to a rotisserie ???

Probably a lot stronger than most Z's are when they first go up on a rotisserie!
