Posted February 1, 20196 yr comment_567197 Hi Friends, What would be a good fuel injector replacement option and where can I get them? Would appreciate if you can share experiences. There is one on ebay which is mentioned as stock replacement and is Bosch brand. Let me know. eBay item number: 202569390132 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/61513-fuel-injector-replacement-1977-280z/ Share on other sites
February 1, 20196 yr comment_567199 Those green ones on ebay,fj3 I think, are on a few cars on here and well liked. I bought Standard fj707t I think from rockauto.com and they do very well too. Also did u change the fuel pressure regulator? should i get that also from rock? there is a OE version on z car parts which is a bit expensive. February 1, 20196 yr comment_567202 Those eBay injectors are odd. They don't list 75-79 which also use the same injector. They've had the tops machined off so that you can use a hose with a clamp. I'd stick with the readily available barb style. A known quantity. Amazon sells injectors too, of course.  https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=280z+fuel+injectors https://www.ebay.com/itm/7-1980-to-1983-Datsun-280zx-Bosch-4-Hole-Spray-Direct-Replacement-Fuel-Injectors/202569390132?epid=26009781693&hash=item2f2a139834:g:zR4AAOxygKZSThrJ:rk:1:pf:0 Edited February 1, 20196 yr by Zed Head Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/61513-fuel-injector-replacement-1977-280z/#findComment-567202 Share on other sites

Here's the thread if you want to read a little. On the FPR. I put a fuel rail I built that needed a single inlet like the '78s have. I'm pretty sure it came from rockauto for $70 something or another.  Edited February 2, 20196 yr by siteunseen Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/61513-fuel-injector-replacement-1977-280z/#findComment-567285 Share on other sites
February 3, 20196 yr Author comment_567323 @siteunseen are you using stock ECU with the 707s? I would assume yes but just wanted to confirm. Thanks for the thread. Dont want to dig too deep. If they work for you fine i will probably just get these.
