Forget the dash... Are those un-rusted original frame rails?

Don't drive it like you stole it. You totally stole it. Just don't drive it like that. It'll give it away.   :victorious:

I don't like these hub caps.  Is there a nice looking set of rims used in the 70's?  Where can I get them?  Anybody want to buy these rims and tires, or trade for a nice set of rims?

I am interested in the stock wheels, PM me with a price. I have some 14" turbines and slots if that is what you were thinking of for "era" wheels.

You just won the lottery my friend, it looks like it is lovely condition and should be an easy clean up. They are lots of fun to drive.?

I’m ready to turn it over now.  My fuel tank is out.  Can I connect a fuel line to the inline fuel filter and drop it in a can of gas?  Bad idea, good?

Also on the Oil spray bar, can I leave the valve cover off and check the spray?  Or will that be a big mess?

You can use a remote fuel source. If you have a return line, drop it into the can too or you will have fuel all over the floor.

You will have oil every where without the valve cover!

Charles is correct. You will have oil everywhere when you start it without the valve cover, IF it's not plugged up. But, IMO,  it's a good idea to visually check the spray pattern to be sure the cam is getting oiled.

I had an oil tube that was gunked up internally and sprayed little oil. It had to be cleaned out with lacquer thinner and the holes cleaned with a torch tip cleaner before it would oil properly.

One thing you can do is get it to start for a few seconds to get oil pressure. Cut it off then remove the valve cover, disable the ignition and turn the motor with the starter to verify the oil spray bar flow

Where is the return. I had no idea there was a return. I can probably figure it out. I”m assuming it’s a line from the engine back to the tank. But why?  What fuel is returned.

Sorry. I decided to hold on to them.
