I just found this same manual in my glove box. 

Wow.  $400 for a common Vintage Z program reprint.  And marked down!

I just bought it.... I can't resist anything that's >50% off.

I had to do $37 for 12 months, $444 total but I'm not paying any shipping charges.  

10% interest is super low. 

At least they say printed in 1997
