February 18, 20196 yr comment_568642 My 73 has plugs on top, and open on the bottom. Both sides. I tend to agree with the production hoist / trolly theory, it looks like they would be in the right place for balance. February 18, 20196 yr comment_568745 The micro fiche shows the rubber plugs. Although the drawings are not very clear. They are only on the interior body side to keep water out of the inside. The only other plugs that I can think of are on the outside are the rocker panel plugs.
