May 15, 200321 yr comment_37529 Very nice car! some pics of perhaps the floors and battery area may help move this one along. From the pic the car looks very very solid. a price might help too :classic: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/6166-73-240z-now-available/#findComment-37529 Share on other sites
May 15, 200321 yr Author comment_37531 Thanks for the feedback...floors and battery comp. are impeccable but I'll work on that. Also...purchased the car at a charity auction a few years back. I really have no clue as to today's value. I've seen ranges from $6-$13K for this car in pristine condition. Any suggestions? May 15, 200321 yr comment_37537 Well I know that we have gone round and round on this topic multiple times, what is the car worth.....Honestly the price range from 6-13K is not out of the question for this one, IMO. The car appears to be used regularly, verses one that has been sitting for years therefore needing a complete teardown to replace bushing, dry rotted brake lines, seized calipers, wheel cylindars, etc so that would increase the value. I guess its not so much what is the value of the car, however what is someone willing to pay for it. While 73's aren't the most valued or coveted Z car, it still is an extremely NICE example of a Z car and is def worth any price within that 6-13K range if someone is willing to pay that. I would make a list of the good and bad on the car to include in your ad. A maintenance history might help also. May 15, 200321 yr comment_37595 If I may ask how much did you pay for the car at the charity auction ??? I know a members or two that could add few dollars or so above the auction price !!!!
