Unless you sell it to ME! :D

Will post pics of the new car as I will pick it up on Monday afternoon.

Sorry I know this is a z site, (but I thought more than a few of you guys would appreciate the GTR as well)

Awesome, I'd love to see the picts. About the Z content... no big deal because Skyline's and Z's seem to go together for some reason. :ermm:

Hi All,

just uploaded some pics of my R32 GTR. It is all that I thought it would be and more! Now that my long time dream car is in my driveway, it is hard to think of something that I would want to buy (within reach) Maybe a R34 GTR would be nice...

I don't what the big deal is here?? I got one of those Skyline's here in the states for 299.00 us doillars!!! Of course i had to win it on my Playstation 2, but i still have one!! LOL OFL

Cuong Nguyen, congrats i am very envious!! Maybe you could bring it to California and race it at Infineon and Laguna Seca and we could all take turns?? Thought i would try (HTO i like your Yellow Z better).

Cuong,

That is a beautiful GTR. The R32 GTR is my all time favorite car (even above the Z). I've wanted one ever since they came out, preferably in silver.

Good to hear you're keeping it original. I'm not that much of a purist but it seems a shame that most of the ones you see around are hacked about with on one way or another.

"Spartan air", huh? does that mean you shouldn't pump the tyres up too much? ROFL

Congratulations.

Hi Cuong. I was speaking to a friend of mine about your car and he tells me that the exact figures for the 32 were;

200 brought in

120 sold

80 shipped back

These figures put Nissan Australia off at the time thus we were never to see the Skyline in a showroom floor again.

Hi George,

that is very interesting, because it is well known that Nissan only needed to sell 100 to make the car legal to race. At the end of 1992 the sales tally was 67 and they had difficulty finding homes for the remainder.

Maybe check your friend's sources???

Well done Cyuong........... I assume it is the model that only made it 6 hours into its first attempt at Bathurst but by that time had lapped every single competitor several times on a 2min plus a lap.ROFL The R32 is like owning the 240 of Zeds cooooool. So which will go faster LOL and which will u want to drive? Good on ya mate cya!

Cuong, in regards to the "how many were sold" thing, if you really want to check it out maybe send a letter to Nissan Australia, or Nissan Japan?

Usually they are very helpful (they were with my past owner of the Z, they photocopied OODLES of stuff for him).
