April 3, 20195 yr comment_572524 Given Calsonic's longstanding relation ship with Nissan and Nissan's (close) relationship Renault, I suppose that it should come as no surprise that Calsonic would be acquired by a French company. IIRC, Faurecia started off as a supplier of seating systems.
