Thanks for the confirmation.  I tried turning the toe adjustment one full turn out on each side but no change.  Maybe I'll try a couple of more tomorrow just to see if there's any change.  I'm running out of ideas.

I'm back and have the answer.

I think we should all be fired for not seeing this.  Apparently I had the lower control swivel on the wrong side of the swing arm.  Doh!  It should be on the bottom, not the top.  I still don't know why none of us saw this, it's obvious in the first post if you look carefully.  And the drawing in post number 29 appears to be wrong even though it's from the FSM.  The car tracks straight now.

So you're saying the ball joint was mounted on the top side of the control arm? Sort of hard to see in the earlier pictures. Glad you found it!

Uhhh... My ball joints are mounted on the top sides of the control arms. Just like they're shown in the manuals. I believe that's how they are supposed to be.

The FSM drawing is correct. And the Captain's car is correct. Yours is not correct. Ball joint bolts to top.
