Posted April 27, 20195 yr comment_574344 Can't remember which thread I hoovered this from. Is this a custom made air filter housing or does someplace sell these? Looks like it takes the stock air filter. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/62071-air-filter-housing/ Share on other sites

May 2, 20195 yr comment_574728 I don't know! I'm sorry for that too. What I'm remembering, at the moment, is @jalexquijano found that somewhere on the internet for the fuel rail. He has some hot restart issues. Could be an old Redline "Datsun" cover? Looks similar to the milling and filter material on some triple 40 webers I had. When I get back to my lap top I'll dig further. Does this look familiar @Zedyone_kenobi? May 2, 20195 yr comment_574730 I dont have hot start problems. The engine does get very hot when idling in long traffic jams. Still dont know if it is percolation or vapor lock. I was considering if removing the fan clutch and putting two electric fans will solve this. We are talking about a specific air filter. Please don't change the original question.
