$1,500 for a car, no matter what it is deal in my opinion if it runs and drives out smoothe.

Where it's parked is probably $1500 a month on top of rent.

Offer a $1.000. 

If it's built after April '87, then maybe it has an LSD. That plus a 5 speed. I just spent $200 on valve train parts/shims for my P79. Here we go again.
