Yes they have three mountholes for in/out but one is closed and has no thread in it.. (If your asking is it possible to make them i think yes you could make the outlet on the other mount. You need the right tap and a stub to close the old outlet hole.)

Not the question I was asking, Mart, but that is okay. I meant mounting to the head. three holes for a L6 two holes for a late L4. I think you answered that for Jim above. 

250 Euro is too much for me as well. I have a few Nikki's already.

I checked and they have the 3 holes for connecting to the head.

THANKS Ali,  I was just looking for a pic of that !!!!!  Nice very good!  I'll make a print of that. The guy who bought these mirrors is NOW at this moment underway to buy these (and see my cars and parts i have..!) and he lives here in the Netherlands.

This one is for left hand drive.  AND.. totally the oposite of your found rhd.. (EDIT: no is the same.. .... Oh .. well, i'm sleepy still as i can't sleep with all the ringing (tinnitus) in my head..pfff...) 

For as far i know these where never sold on a LHD car??  just asking myself (And if you or anyone knows leave a comment!)  Hey Ali, leev a comment!  😂 )

I find with lack of sleep my speech starts to go, it makes me more Dutch! :p

I really don’t know if they ever came or LHD or not, but I know a couple of gents here that would know for sure.
