rear driver side brake stuck

That my plan after I finish the front brakes, Dave.

My Z sat for at least 16 years before I purchased it.  All 4 brakes and the clutch slave cylinder had rust and the fluid had the color (but not the flavor) of maple syrup. ?

after no brakes, bleed them old school (not using the vacuum pump) you "down", "down", "up", "up" two person job and all good again.

4 part series, carp free zone..
