I’ve been looking around and can’t seem to find the answer, I’m looking for the right size plug/caps of the intake manifold for smog

The key to your search is summed up in four letters:

BSPT

and I suppose some numbers and symbols.....    1/8, 1/4 3/8 and maybe 1/2

I bought American standard size brass and forced it in. Not much forcing though, they were real close already.

Bruce from ztherapy has that info in a thread on here somewhere. Let me look around...

Google "240z balance tube plugs".

Or just take the ones off you want to replace to a hardware store.

Thanks that helped, didn’t know what they called it. Would you recommend putting some teflon tape?

YES! Get that really thick grey kind. It makes tightening down easier and isn't white.
