Posted October 29, 20195 yr comment_586595 View Advert Heater valve needed Looking for a new or good used heater valve for a 1975 280Z without A/C. This is a rare valve that I can’t find a true picture of. This valve has the vacuum (capillary) tube attached. The coiled tube resides in the box and the other end attaches to the end of the bracket to turn down the heat when the system detects excess temperatures. Leaking badly on my car and wish to fix soon! October 29, 20195 yr comment_586598 I will check and see if I kept that part... I have a Vintage Air system in my 9/75 280Z and didn't re-use any of the stock system. October 30, 20195 yr Author comment_586658 That’s the valve I need. Any leak noticeable and does the piston move freely? October 30, 20195 yr comment_586661 The car ran briefly before I tore it down and there were no leaks inside the vehicle and the temps ran fine. The controls move smoothly and there seems to be no issue with the unit other than surface aging. PM me with an offer and any other info.
