displacement of motor w/diesel crank?

What would the displacement of a built 2.4 (early block) if someone installed the diesel maxima crank? Does anyone know? I've heard of this as a mod that was done long before 2.8 longblocks were readily available. I'm just curious as to what that would make the motor do.
