Cuomo has apparently put together a group/task force/coalition/consortium of governors of surrounding states.  Doesn't seem like they have a name for it yet.  It will be interesting to see how it works out and if other states join in.  The United States of The Northeast.  Cuomo just opened things up for other states to join.  The door is open.
