Baltimore Area Mechanic

Looking for any recommendations for a mechanic in the Baltimore, MD area (preferably northwest part of town) that knows how to work on a 240z. 

My 240z has been at a shop for over a year now (for an engine rebuild) and the mechanic keeps putting us off month after month. We need to move the car somewhere else where the it will finally be worked on and put back on the road. 
 

The engine has already been machined - just need the engine put put back together, NOS complete head put back on and installed back in the car.
