FYI, I called Poly Performance and they said you have to take the shock apart to install the foam bumpers, and these KYB shocked are welded, so looks like a no go.

It should slip right over the top..... IIRC.

Maybe they think your shock is already installed, as  heyitsrama says, you just slip the bumper over the top of the strut.

Yeah, I think he was confused.
