heyitsrama Posted May 27, 2020 Share #1 Posted May 27, 2020 It’s starting to get hot out! ? dors anyone have recommendations on a high quality sun shield? I say high quality because they tend to fit better than the cheapo eBay one that I have in the car that’s starting to deteriorate. I saw that MSA has one https://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/CTGY/classic08d09 a little on the pricy side, the rigidity of the panels seems nice. Pictures and Recommendations are welcome! ? 2377kN Posted May 27, 2020 Share #2 Posted May 27, 2020 I got front and rear sun shades from here... https://www.heatshieldstore.com/car-window-shades/1975-nissan-280z-coupe The front fit perfectly, but my car is a 2+2 so I had to trim about an inch and a half from the top of the rear sun shade. Been a couple years now and no complaints.

heyitsrama Posted September 13, 2020 Author Share #4 Posted September 13, 2020 I ended up grabbing a sunshade from MSA this weekend. It fits really well in the window. part number is UV10110SV made by cover craft. excuse the dust it’s all from the wildfires.
siteunseen Posted September 13, 2020 Share #5 Posted September 13, 2020 (edited) Dang! It's really bad out there huh? The wiper motor cover especially. Burnt your wipers off too! Kidding friend. I know you're enjoying that Z. Cliff Edited September 13, 2020 by siteunseen
heyitsrama Posted September 14, 2020 Author Share #6 Posted September 14, 2020 Slow progress over here @siteunseen half the battle was keeping water out of the car! HA. I have to make the wiper sub-harness as my car was missing everything in the engine bay..... but the way the relays are wired up in the diagrams throws me in for a loop. It will get a respray.... eventually ?
