September 11, 20204 yr comment_605744 I'm checking FB's marketplace everyday. I want a Yamaha RD400. My Dad had one when I was a kid and let me ride it. He had to hold it up to leave out and on return I blew the horn and rode around the yard until he came out to hold it up while I was climbing off. 2 stroke street bike. Kenny Roberts raced them for years, they have a replica of it. September 11, 20204 yr comment_605749 Nice! My dad had one of those when I was in high school. Got to ride it some, what a blast, that thing was a freaking rocket. Begged him to sell it to me when he decided to get rid of it. He wouldn't hear of it. He probably saved my life! December 10, 20204 yr Author Popular Post comment_612299 Trying not to clutter this site with bike stuff, but had to post how the engine parts came back from vapour blasting. Really impressed with the look. @CanTechZ I used VaporBlastCanada which is in Chilliwack if you need anything done. December 10, 20204 yr comment_612305 Those parts look great. My body guy told me about them a while back, and also said that they do really good work. Great to get another positive reference.
