Posted June 3, 200321 yr comment_39645 Hey guys;I’m getting ready to upgrade my suspension on my ITS 240z project. I’ve already installed Urethane bushings & heavy sway bar; and have Tokico 5-way adjustables on the shelf (not installed yet).I now need the coilovers and camber plates. The only manufacture I’m aware of is Ground Control. Does anyone know of alternative manufactures for racing suspension components? Thanks in advance for your help and advice. June 3, 200321 yr comment_39649 Is Carrera still around? We used a set of coil overs on a research project vehicle about 8 years ago. Those were very nice! June 3, 200321 yr comment_39661 If you dont mind putting in a bit of work, you can get the tubes, collars etc from coleman racing products. You will have to get the sleeves machined to fit the strut tube, then you will need to get a perch to weld on.I found that to be the most cost effective way to get a decent coil over set up. Then you just need to pick your springs...Did you cut your struts down or did you use the proper length? You may want to cut them down...
