This tube has been cut and not attached anywhere....any idea what its supposed to be doing? At right front.

Could be the drain for the cowl panel before the windshield?

They drain on passenger's side.

That's the drain for the aftermarket A/C, note how the floorboard metal is pushed out crudely. The cowl drain is hidden behind the fender just forward of the door hinges, is a large tube.
