Posted November 21, 20204 yr comment_610808 Anyone know of a supplier for the 4 pieces of rubber trim (2 per bin) that keep the tool bin lids from rattling when closed. Mine are missing. I'm sure some basic trim could be ordered and cut to fit. Just wondering if anyone knows of a vendor that carries the edge trim or a size that has worked well. November 21, 20204 yr comment_610811 McMasterCarr has tons of stuff like that. Love that place. I wonder if I can find a piece and measure it for you. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/64748-tool-bin-trim/#findComment-610811 Share on other sites
November 21, 20204 yr comment_610812 They are about 10 “ long, and 1/2” wide. The underside is a bit thinner than the top face. The slit is well under a 1/32 “ pretty close to a tight fit on the sheet metal. The bend is formed by cutting out a pie wedge and re-gluing or so it seems. There is a distinct cut there.
