Nope, never seen.. they are 15" ?   at first i thought someone just put a sticker on z  hubcaps but no they don't fit the 14"rims..

Actually they do fit 14" rims.

I think these hubcaps are aftermarket from National Wheel Covers manufactured by NAMSCO in Bellwood, Illinois although NAMSCO I thought only made reproduction hubcap for domestic cars. Thanks for the rabbit hole.
