I think that the "remaining pulleys" are actually the damper itself.  It's a slight interference fit on the crankshaft, with a key.  You might need a damper puller to remove it.  Don't pull on the outer metal pulleys, they're attached to the hub via rubber.  The damping material.  A damper puller threads in to the hub and pulls from there.

got it. after research looks like it does need a damper pulley, not a big deal. however, even with that what i read it its likely to break. If anyone has a 70-72 harmonic balancer to sell or knows a place thats sells them reasonable please message me. thanks

There are a number of options. There is a guy in Oregon who rebuilds damper pulleys, send it to him, he rebuilds it and sends it back. 

Ollie Naugle in Snohomish, Washington had a ton of S30 parts and sells dampers.

Rebello in California has a line of aftermarket pulleys, all new with no core required,
