You'll have to contact them directly. Vancouver was the closest shipping site for me.

As far as the texture, I'm sure they will try to match it as close as possible, but, it's not going to be identical.

I got quoted $396 AUD (about $200 US) from the same place Mike... I guess shipping costs a hell of a lot ?!
