Posted August 3, 20213 yr comment_626234 Hoping someone can scrounge their parts bucket (barrel?) for these. I need the nut, washer, and cup washer for each side of the rear crossmember attachment hardware for a '71 510 -- shown in the yellow box. Nothing special, no concours or upgrade parts needed, just stuff to hold it together. Trying to get a stripped roller into saleable form. Thanks! August 3, 20213 yr comment_626248 Can you provide thread size and pitch? Might only have to source the washers that way... Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/65677-rear-crossmember-hardware-needed/#findComment-626248 Share on other sites
August 4, 20213 yr comment_626260 Not looking to piece it together, but I know it can be done. Trying to get a shell closer to square one. Cup washer is the tricky item. This stuff is likely sitting in the parts pile of anyone who’s stripped a 510 of useful bits, it just becomes generic hardware. August 4, 20213 yr comment_626274 Yes, I have some spares…. At least they are shiny, most have rust pitting but not enough to affect strength. The threads at the bottom end of those pins are just M12x1.25. Easy to find a washer and nylock or Stover lock nuts. Send me a PM, we’ll get what you need on the way.
