where to find gold floor mats ? how to restore my outside mirror surface ,they are dull

Gold, do you mean tan? Tan floor mats are available

Is it the glass part of the mirror surface that is dull. If so you can just replace the piece of glass. It is glued to the plastic piece that’s behind it.
