Perhaps, but the philips screws go into small square captive nuts inside the plastic lamp housing assembly.

How about all the odd sized nuts behind the wheel of these Z cars!!! ROFL Somehow I don't think there are any wrenchs that will fit them. So you might ask, what size is a Znut? I think they come in an assortment of sizes, various finishes, and or sex.
